He has lived in Hamilton most of his life and graduated from McMaster University with double honours in Political Science and Religious Studies. He has owned many successful businesses but his true passion has become real estate. Zaya has been investing in real estate for many years and has a number of investment properties. He has always been a people person which has lead him to become a realtor so that he can help others reach their goals. Zaya always keeps studying the market, looking over data and innovating his marketing strategies so that he can succeed for his clients. He has secured amazing new build investments and broke many street price records with his listings.
